
There are now many books on Emotional Freedom Technique available on the market, ranging from simple ‘how to’ instructions and general introductions, to detailed descriptions of the use of EFT in a number of different specialist areas.
They can be a great way for self-help with simple issues, for exploring EFT in more depth, or for continuing work in between consultations.
However, if you are experiencing severe, complex or long-standing issues it is always advisable to seek professional help to support you and guide you safely through the process and to avoid complications.
Also, if you find you are not getting good results working on your own, please don’t dismiss EFT, but instead work with a trained practitioner to help you overcome any blocks.
